Gạch Terrazzo thông thường khi hoàn thiện bề mặt xuất hiện các hạt đá granite lấm chấm nhìn rất đẹp. Gạch được ép dưới áp lực cao nên có khả năng chịu lực tốt có thể dùng lót sân để xe hơi. Hiện nay, gạch terrazzo hiện nay được dùng cho các công trình vỉa hè đường, lát sân nhà, sân để xe hơi, lát công viên, sân trường học, sân nhà thờ, đền chùa, resort, khu đô thị, khu dân cư, nơi sinh hoạt công cộng, bể bơi, khu chung cư, ….
